The Yacht Week is a popular tourist destination for young travellers looking to explore various European island chains. Having started as a grassroots effort and now expanded to a well organised experience, there is a constant need for engaging activities to set the bar at a new height each and every year. LITTLEMIDDLE was approached to create unique design work capturing the sentiment of progressive live music acts hosted during The Yacht Week.
THINKING
The brief from The Yacht Week was to appeal to their audiences nostalgia and provide a current depiction of 80s themed events.
SOLUTION
To use recognisable imagery, colours and typeface to embody this nostalgic sentiment. Integrate the supplied imagery of acts that will be appearing during these festivities in a way that is seamless. Multiple options were supplied in demonstration of the unique paths that could be used within the 80s theme.
